What I love about the Samsung Exhibit 4g II is the compactness. It only weighs 4 ounces , which makes it fairly easy to slide into your pocket, place in the cup holder of your car, or even sleek enough to sit in your lap to sneak in a few texts during class, being a slender .45 inches thick.

The Samsung Exhibit 4g II is the ideal design of your typical Droid phone without tipping the scales. While the title is a mouthful, it’s self-explanatory that this phone is 4g capable, meaning higher internet speeds, and it is the second in its line. The difference between the Exhibit 4g II and its predecessor is design. The first Exhibit has a flat bottom and a rounded top, while the Exhibit 4g II design has the opposite aesthetics in mind. There is also a touch sensitive scroll button on the first Exhibit that did not make the cut in the next generation of the Exhibit series.

With the newer generations of Droids (trademark nickname for Android), there came the creation of a second camera facing the user, which is called “face time.” You can download apps like Skype or Tango to video chat with friends and family, or if you’re in love with the camera, you can take pictures hassle free, without having to stand in a mirror. Isn’t that awesome?

The internal memory is 4 gigabytes, which is the standard memory of all Droids, and more than enough memory for app downloads and phone updates in addition to extra storage space with an SD memory card.

Overall the performance of the Exhibit 4g II is outstanding! What more could you want in a phone with 4g capabilities, dual cameras, and a light weight build? I forgot to mention I currently own this phone, so my perception may be a bit biased, but it was literally been love at first sight.

The app of the week is Sims Freeplay, released February 15 of this month. This life simulation will send you on a whirl wind, being able get into any mishap that you would think of doing in actuality. New customizable features and real time gaming permits users to experience the Sims at an insurmountable level of life simulation compared to reality.
